We provide financial consulting, debt management guidance, loan consulting, home & mortgage loan guidance, investment consulting & planning, and insurance consulting. Specific scope, fees, and deliverables for any engagement are defined exclusively in a written client agreement signed by both parties.

Our advisory plans are billed monthly at the rates published on the Site at the time of signup. Fees are flat and commission-free. You may cancel any plan with thirty (30) days' written notice. Third-party costs (e.g., lender fees, custodial fees, insurance premiums) are separate and disclosed before you incur them.

Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Ann Arbor, Michigan, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You and we each waive the right to a trial by jury and agree that claims will be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action.
By submitting a form or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive email and, where a phone number is provided, telephone communications regarding your enquiry. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time via our unsubscribe page without affecting service-related communications.
